Sewer service fees are collected as an assessment on your annual property tax bill.   Effective July 1, 2026 the monthly sewer service fee will be $ 55.92 per Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU).   The TCSD Board of Directors approved a five- year 6% rate increase at a public meeting held May 5, 2026.
